Moving our production to on-demand manufacturing will reduce overproduction of an estimated 1.1 billion apparel items each year, (based on an industry average of 30% overproduction). That's almost 1 item for every person living in Europe and North America combined.

Our sustainable on-demand production consumes less energy and generates less waste, preventing an estimated 17.2 billion kilograms (37.9 billion pounds) of greenhouse gas emissions annually, compared to traditional manufacturing. Equivalent to the carbon dioxide emitted by a car circumnavigating the planet 2,400 times.
